Full Disclosure: I did not know Jesse Gill prior to him being brought on to my team, nor did I have any previous dealings with Jesse. Jesse ..aka “The Fixer” Gill as we fondly refer to him was brought on to my team to fix a disastrous mess which was created by my former realtor, who after 5 weeks failed to deliver on closing 3 separate condo purchases in the Chilliwack region. Of which, none failed by any of my pre-qualifying conditions, financial status or offers which were made on my behalf, but were 100% based on a realtors inability to properly research properties for potential issues at closing. These issues included such things as building levies, underinsured properties, properly reviewing strata documents prior to taking me to showings. The realtor simply was lazy and inept. With my home already sold, time was of the essence when staring down the barrel of ‘mother time’. I needed a home and this needed to be resolved as soon as possible, or I was facing having to enter the rental market and placing my entire home in to storage. The solution was simple. After reaching out to multiple sources, Jesse Gill’s name kept coming up, over and over. He came highly recommended by both industry professionals, to insider mortgage brokers, and even other realtors. We terminated our agreement immediately with the first realtor, reached out to Jesse Gill, and within 15 minutes, Jesse returned our call. From the time we first connected on the phone and explained the dire urgency we were facing with finding a condo within a 3 week window, we knew immediately that we could breathe a sigh of relief. We were in good hands. Thirty minutes later, Jesse had an entire day booked for viewings. With building histories reviewed, we knew that each viewing was going to be time well spent and wouldn’t be rejected by the bank. During all our initial calls, Jesse was not a pleasure to deal with, he was funny, articulate and didnt sugar coat anything with fluff talk. He is direct and clear, and did I say funny! We just clicked right out of the gate right from the beginning. Jesse is no stick in the mud. Jesse hit a grand slam, day one of showings with the first condo! The moment I walked into the condo, I leaned over to Jesse and said “This is Home”. The first time in over 40 showing over 5 weeks with the previous realtor was I able to truly say I fell in love with a unit. Within 5 minutes of walking and viewing the unit, I instructed him to make an offer immediately. This unit was everything I had wanted and was looking for. Complete with Bavarian Cherry Hardwood floors, with over 50K in professional upgrades….this was home. Within 30hrs, the deal was done. Subjects removed after Jesse’s relentless chase, countless hours of overtime, working late in the hours on the 1st day of negotiating, Jesse even sealed the deal with managing to get a huge reduction in the asking price, saving me thousands. Two weeks later, and just under final deadlines, the entire deal was completed and I had my possession date. Its mine!! Jesse managed to seal the deal and accomplish what the other realtor, who I might also add is a recognized Medallion Club member, couldn’t do in 5 weeks in less than 48hrs and get me the home I was looking for. And for this reason, we have bestowed his new nickname “The Fixer” to his title. If you are looking for professionalism, experience, and someone who is absolutely thorough in his work, I am more than pleased to provide this review and hope that you make the right decision in who you decide to help you find your dream home! You are more than likely to share a few good laughs along the way with Jesse. If you want hoity toity, there are plenty of those types of realtors available.
